Description

In Kelly Reichardt’s heart-melting Oregon Territory bromance, a talented cook and an enterprising Chinese refugee (Orion Lee) team up to steal milk from the town’s only cow for their booming donut business. But how can they expand their enterprise without getting caught? Subverting traditional Western themes of opportunism and roughing it, Reichardt illustrates a tender, creative and community-building version of masculinity rarely shown on screen—and delivers a true crowd-pleaser.

The "Food on Film" screenings on Thu, July 28 and Sat, July 30 include a post-film discussion in Clinch Park hosted by Trattoria Stella with tastes of local delicacies. Tickets: $20

We have also added two "regular" screenings of First Cow on Sun, July 31. Tickets for these screenings are $12 and do not include a post-film event.
