When can I purchase tickets?

Friends Members can start buying tickets in person on July 10th at 10am - 4pm

General Public sales open in person, online, and by phone on July 17th at 10am-6pm

Where can I find my Friends member number?
You would have received an email communication from the festival with your login information for online use. Email us at friends@tcff.org, boxoffice@tcff.org, or call the box office at 231-498-FEST if you have issues.

I can't remember my password. How can I retrieve it?
After entering your member number, click "Forgot Your Password?" and you will be prompted to reset your password by entering your username. Forgot your username? Enter the email address associated with your Friends account and you will receive an email with the information you need. If the issue persists, then email boxoffice@tcff.org and they will assist you.

How do I add things to my cart?
To add things to your cart, you can browse or search for a particular film and click "buy tickets." A pop-up window will then ask you to select a ticket type and quantity. Select your quantity and click "Add." The tickets are now in your cart!

How can I check out?
Once you have added all of your tickets to your cart, please click "View Cart" in the upper right hand corner. From there you can look at a summary and edit your ticket selections and click "Checkout" when you are ready to proceed.

It's the day of show -- can I still purchase tickets?
Yes! You may purchase online up to one hour before the showing starts and pick-up at any of the venues or Main Box Office, or go straight to the venue itself. Even if a show is sold out, we almost always get the entire standby line into the theater.

I need accessible seating. Is there a way to reserve this?
Yes! When prompted to select your ticket quantity, simply select the number of ADA-Wheelchair tickets and ADA-Companion tickets you require. ADA-Easy Access/Mobility tickets are available for those that need seating assistance, but do not have a wheelchair.

The screening I want to buy tickets for says it's sold out. Is there a way for me to still get tickets?
For screenings that are sold out, a standby line will form an hour prior to the start of the show. If there are still seats available, standby patrons will be able to purchase a ticket on a first-come, first-served basis. While there are no guarantees, many of our standby patrons have had great success getting into otherwise sold out screenings.

Can I exchange my ticket for another showing?
All our ticket sales are final and we do not allow exchanges or refunds. If you purchased a Standby ticket and did not get into the showing, you may return the standby ticket for a voucher to use during the festival or to save for next year's festival.

Can I get a refund?
There are no refunds on tickets. You can also turn in tickets you no longer want or can no longer use to any box office as a donation.

Where do I pick up my tickets?
Pre-festival, tickets can be picked up during ECCO Box Office hours located at 121 East Front Street. During the festival, tickets may be picked up at the ECCO Box Office or at any venue box office (we have box offices in all of our indoor movie theaters). When picking up tickets, please have an order number or the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID.
